MINI AUSTRALIA HAS introduced key specification upgrades to the 2019 MINI Hatch, Convertible and Countryman model ranges.
The highly-regarded Driver Assistant Package has been added as standard specification for all models within the 3-Door Hatch, 5-door Hatch and Convertible ranges.
A camera-based system, it works with the driver to create a safer drive, adding forward collision warning, city collision mitigation, high beam assistant and speed limit information to the feature list, all worthwhile additions.
Adding further convenience is the adoption of Comfort Access to 3- and 5-door Cooper S and JCW Hatch variants, as well as to Cooper, Cooper S and JCW Convertibles.
This system enables hands-free access to the vehicle, as well as keyless start.
The Professional Navigation System, featuring a high-resolution 8.8-inch colour touchscreen, is now fitted as standard across the MINI Cooper S model grades, including 3-door Hatch, 5-door Hatch and Convertible body styles.
The high-end Professional Navigation System is also now standard equipment for the Countryman Cooper, Cooper D, Cooper S and Cooper SD All4 variants.

“By adding-in key safety and convenience features, we have enhanced the customer experience while representing better value than ever,” he said.
Warranty and Servicing
All new MINIs are covered by a three year/unlimited kilometre warranty, while service and selected maintenance costs can now be covered by a single, one-off advance payment with MINI Service Inclusive.
MINI Service Inclusive offers two packages, Basic and Plus. Basic provides scheduled servicing cover, while Plus combines scheduled servicing and selected maintenance items.
MINI Service Inclusive takes care of scheduled servicing costs for five years or 80,000km, whichever comes first. MINI Service Inclusive plan provides a long-term solution enabling cover to be extended and transferred to future vehicle owners before expiry.
