All these features and more are now available in the Zeekr MIX, a revolutionary capsule-shaped model encapsulating the young marque’s vision of future mobility – an intelligent living room on wheels.
As the first family-oriented product built on the SEA-M architecture, the Zeekr MIX reimagines the concept of an everyday vehicle. Born out of a desire to challenge conventional automotive design, the Zeekr MIX combines a capsule-style exterior and innovative packaging to maximize in-cabin space. Step into the cabin of the Zeekr MIX and experience the welcoming ambience similar to your own living room. Thanks to the SEA-M architecture, the Zeekr MIX boasts a spacious interior in a compact form, achieving a wheelbase of 3008mm with a length of 4688mm. With front-row seats that can swivel 270 degrees, an in-cabin height of 1350mm, and a movable central console, this is one of the most versatile cabins ever designed for a vehicle. The Zeekr MIX can transform into a lounge for card games with friends, a relaxing and comfortable fishing spot, or even a private yoga studio.
Industry-first double sliding doors on the vehicle provide a 1.48-metre-wide entrance, and a vehicle floor height of just 390mm ensures easy access for young children and the elderly. Through innovative damper structure design and suspension space optimization, the Zeekr MIX’s front wheels can turn more than 50 degrees, allowing for a turning radius within 5 metres. This agile vehicle can perform a U-turn smoothly in every 4-lane intersection.
The absence of traditional B-pillars doesn’t compromise safety in the Zeekr MIX; in fact, it enhances it. The Zeekr MIX features a hidden dual B-pillar design, with two ultra-high-strength steel pillars embedded within each door. This structure, crafted from 2000 megapascal hot-formed steel and fortified by a unique thickening process, offers over 30 percent more strength than conventional hot-formed steel. The one-piece die-casted rear body, adopting the same material as the Zeekr 009, further enhances the vehicle’s resilience. Overall, the Zeekr MIX achieves a seemingly impossible combination of space, convenience and safety.
The Zeekr MIX comes standard with an enhanced 800V system. Two battery options are available to cater to different needs: a 76kWh lithium-iron-phosphate (LFP) battery pack offering a range of 550 kilometres (CLTC), and a 102kWh nickel manganese cobalt (NMC) battery pack offering a range of over 700 kilometres (CLTC) [Note: the CLTC usually shows more impressive range figures than the more usual WLTC].
Notably, the LFP batteries developed by Zeekr engineers boast 5.5C ultra-fast charging, allowing vehicles to charge from 10 percent to 80 percent SoC in just 10.5 minutes.
