MITSUBISHI HAS INTRODUCED “significant updates” for the Pajero Sport SUV as it enters its 2024 model year.
“Pajero Sport continues to perform a pivotal role in our product portfolio,” said MMAL CEO, Shaun Westcott.
“It is spacious, comfortable and capable, and the 2024 model year looks fantastic with its refreshed exterior, new wheels and upgraded interior.
“The updated digital instrument display for EXCEED and GSR, as well as improved standard specification for GLX, mean there are tangible improvements across the range,” he said.
The MY24 Mitsubishi Pajero Sport range is now available in dealerships.
A sharper look: The MY24 Mitsubishi Pajero Sport exterior
Exterior styling updates for the 24MY Pajero Sport ensure a striking point of difference across the range.
All models, including GLX, GLS, EXCEED and GSR, feature a revised 18-inch alloy wheel design. This multi-spoke design is finished differently depending on grade, with a singular tone for GLX, two-tone for GLS and EXCEED and a black finish for the top-spec GSR model.
Revisions to the front and rear styling create a modern, dependable presence with all grades featuring updated upper and lower grilles, as well as front and rear bumper garnishes. The GSR’s distinctive black headlamp extensions are now featured as standard equipment, range-wide.
The Pajero Sport GSR gains several styling updates, further emphasising its position at the top of the range.
Enhanced standard equipment for GLX includes automatic dusk-sensing headlamps and rain-sensing wipers for improved ease-of-use and increased safety.
For 24MY it enhances its darkened theme with black exterior mirror caps, door handles and tailgate handle. GSR also adds a new Graphite Grey with Black roof exterior colour option, while other grades can now be finished in the new Blade Silver metallic paint option which debuted on New-Gen Mitsubishi Triton.

Style, technology and comfort: The MY24 Mitsubishi Pajero Sport interior
The refreshed Pajero Sport exterior is matched to a range of interior updates that further enhance the user experience.
All 24MY Pajero Sports benefit from the new three-spoke, leather-trimmed steering wheel that debuted in New-Gen Triton. To simplify the user experience and adopt the safest technology, the advanced Adaptive Cruise Control system is standard, with the previous ability to switch between standard and adaptive cruise no longer available.
The flagship Pajero Sport GSR features a substantially refreshed interior, with diamond-pattern two-tone premium synthetic leather upholstery in distinctive burgundy and black. Dark titanium features – to the bezels, hash garnishes and door panels – complement the two-tone interior trim.
GSR and EXCEED also gain revised instrument display graphics, via an 8.0-inch digital driver display. The layout has been updated to ensure key information is clearly presented and easily accessed, allowing the driver to concentrate more on driving. A new start-up animation and drive mode graphics further lift the user experience.
