RE-PURPOSING A COMMERCIAL van for private use is something quite a few people consider, especially if they want to pack up and see Australia (and having a van converted might mean it’s ready when our borders are once again open).
Mitsubishi Motors Australia today released Express van pricing, warranty and service information, with prices starting at $38,490 plus on road costs.
The Express will be available in both short and long wheelbase with a choice of manual and automatic transmissions and it comes standard with dual sliding doors across the range to enhance flexibility and functionality.
Mitsubishi will launch the Express with its standard five-year/100,000 km warranty offer, something that will provide peace of mind for buyers.
If you do hit the road, ready availability of servicing will be an important consideration. With nearly 200 dealerships nationally, owners can be assured that they can access Mitsubishi trained technicians, and genuine parts, no matter where they and their Express go.
Mitsubishi Capped Price Servicing is available for the first three-years/45,000km of ownership. Mitsubishi engineers have determined the optimal service interval for the Express is 15,000km, which is consistent with all Mitsubishi product. The cost per service is just $250, and the cost of servicing over the first three years totals $750, ensuring owners will have some of the lowest running costs in the van segment.
The Express officially goes on sale July 6.
