FOR SOME JEEP BUYERS, the only real Jeep is the one with two doors and a short wheelbase. Now it’s back with a permanent place in the Wrangler line-up.
The two-door Jeep Wrangler Rubicon’s off-road credentials include a higher break-over angle paired with a lighter tare weight, ready to take on any off-road challenge hard-core fans tackle.
“The short-wheelbase Jeep Wrangler is a favourite for passionate off-road enthusiasts, and the limited-edition Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Recon attracted huge customer demand when it was introduced last year, resulting in the run being snapped up so quickly,” said Tom Noble, Marketing and Communications Director, Jeep Australia.
“Defining what the iconic Jeep 4×4 is all about, giving the two-door Wrangler a permanent position in the 2021 line-up was a must, a true representation of the fun you can have behind the wheel of a Jeep.”
The best-selling Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited receives a content refresh, seamlessly combining unparalleled capability with premium appointments, with the addition of standard content within the “Rubicon Luxury Package”. Upgrades within the cabin include standard McKinley leather-trimmed seats, paired with premium soft-touch trim which adorns each door panel. Driver and passenger comfort is further elevated with standard heated front seats, which feature adjustable heat settings and heated steering wheel, ensuring optimum comfort throughout the winter months.
The 2021 Jeep Wrangler range is available for order now, starting at $61,750 (plus on road costs) with first deliveries expected in early Q4, 2021.
