Ford releases details of Transit Custom Sport

FULL SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE FORD Transit Custom Sport and Transit Custom Sport Double Cab have been confirmed ahead of their local arrivals later this year.

Pricing for the Transit Custom Sport starts at $59,990, with the Transit Custom Sport Double Cab priced from $62,990 (prices plus on road costs).

Returning to the Transit Custom line-up, the Sport brings with it a number of eye-catching exterior changes, including a distinctive body kit, 17-inch alloy wheels and the signature Sport dual racing stripes that provide a unique offering in the market, ensuring customers stand out from the typical ‘white van’ crowd.

Moving inside, customers will notice the premium and sportier appearance due to the sports seat trim with blue accent stripes and premium piano black trim surrounding the multi-function display. Additional comfort is provided by the heated, 10-way power driver’s seat including power lumbar adjustment and dual armrests. Drivers and passengers will also appreciate the dual-zone climate control and closeable upper glovebox with dual USB-C charging ports.

“The addition of the Transit Custom Sport and Transit Custom Sport Double Cab strengthens our van line-up to one of the strongest in the country,” says Tony Jordan, Ford Australia Product and Retail Marketing Manager.

“It doesn’t matter if you are a sole trader looking to stand out from the crowd, or a larger business wanting a vehicle that can transport crew and equipment in equal measure, Ford has a breadth of commercial vehicles to suit all needs, with legendary capability to match.”
