IT’S GETTING HARD to keep up with the limited-edition models and specialised accessories packs being offered to buyers, and Ford has been busier than most.
The Ford Everest BaseCamp accessories pack is now available through Ford dealerships for the Ford Everest Trend 4WD. The Ford Everest BaseCamp accessories pack offers customers a ready-to-go adventure package, building on Everest’s off-road capability using Ford Licenced Accessories, Genuine Ford Accessories and carefully selected components.
“We know that Everest owners have a keen sense of adventure, and the off-road, off-the-beaten track capability engineered into the Everest 4WD is something we know customers love about their vehicle,” said Kay Hart, President and CEO, Ford Australia and New Zealand. “Now, with the Everest BaseCamp accessories pack, we’re making it easier for customers to get adventure-ready features in a convenient, affordable way to make those weekend escapes a reality.”
The Ford Everest 4WD BaseCamp accessories pack, priced at $2000 including fitment at a Ford dealership, represents $6000 of value (Ford’s figures) and includes the following:
- 76mm diameter black Nudge Bar
- Ford Genuine Bonnet Protector
- Ford Genuine Snorkel
- Ford Licensed LED light bar
- Black roof-mounted carry bars
- Pioneer platform
- Genuine Sunseeker awning
- Ford Genuine Tow Bar rated to 3,000kg (3.2L Trend) and 3,100kg (Bi-Turbo Trend)
In addition to a five-year, unlimited kilometre full factory warranty, Everest Trend, with the BaseCamp Accessories Pack, is eligible for the Ford Service Benefits program at participating Ford dealerships. With 15,000km/12-month service intervals, A and B logbook services for the first four years/60,000km are set at a maximum of $299 per service.
Ford Service Benefits also bring Everest owners Auto Club Membership including Roadside Assistance as well as a Service Loan Car and sat-nav mapping updates where available.
The Ford Everest BaseCamp accessories pack complements the expanded Everest line-up, which now includes five- and seven-seat options, a rear-wheel drive model, as well as the recently announced Ford Everest Sport for the MY20 range. The BaseCamp pack is exclusive to Everest Trend, the most popular model in the Everest range.
