AUDI HAS CONFIRMED THE full pricing and equipment for the all-new Audi Q4 e-tron, set to arrive for customers in the fourth quarter of 2024. The brand will launch the new model with two body styles and two powertrains in the rear-wheel drive and quattro variants, providing customers with choice and uncompromised premium appointment. The Q4 e-tron brings luxury and everyday usability to a thoughtfully packaged small SUV, presenting a new, highly appealing option for the Australian market.
The electric offensive continues from the brand with the four rings as the all-electric e-tron lineup in Australia now to be joined by the Q4 e-tron late in 2024. This milestone heralds a significant step forward in the Audi electrification journey, bringing premium electric mobility to the compact SUV segment. Sized appropriately between the popular combustion Audi Q3 and the Audi Q5, Audi Australia is thrilled to be introducing the Q4 e-tron, offering a new entry point into the world of premium electric mobility with Audi DNA at its core.

The market introduction of the Q4 e-tron will also see the vehicle launched with previously announced updates, with the model already seeing much success since its first unveiling internationally. The 2024 model year saw an update for the Q4 e-tron in Europe with newly tuned suspension, increased efficiency, characteristic sound, and an optimised drive concept. This will ensure Australian customers will get all the benefits of the latest technology and additions from the comprehensive European model update.
Powerful combination: performance, design, and efficiency
The full line-up for the launch of the Q4 e-tron will see the introduction of a rear-wheel-drive Q4 45 e-tron, and an all-wheel drive Q4 55 e-tron quattro, giving customers a range of choice. With a 210kW rear wheel drive powertrain in the Q4 45 e-tron, and a 250kW quattro all-wheel drive in the Q4 55 e-tron, both variants will also be available as SUV and Sportback body styles.
Further, both Q4 e-tron models feature a large 82 kWh battery (gross), with up to135 kW DC charging for the Q4 45 e-tron rear wheel drive, and up to 175 kW DC charging for the Q4 55 e- tron quattro for fast public charging. Optimised battery cell chemistry allows both drivetrains to charge from 10 to 80 percent in approximately 28 minutes, providing customers the chance to charge efficiently with minimal downtime and maximum driving enjoyment.
A sleek mover on the road, the Q4 e-tron impresses thanks to striking proportions. Boasting short front overhangs and a muscular stance, all the vehicle lines are drawn with great precision. In the Audi Q4 Sportback e-tron, the especially low coupé-style roofline ends in an expressively designed rear where the spoiler sits deep on the two-part window. The brand’s progressive design is typically Audi, as functional as it is aerodynamic.
The rear-wheel drive Q4 45 e-tron is capable of reaching zero to 100 km/h in just 6.7 seconds (SUV and Sportback), while the all-wheel drive quattro duo in the Q4 55 e-tron can lay down the same distance in just 5.4 seconds (both SUV and Sportback).

The Audi Q4 e-tron comes highly equipped with a focus on sporty design and safety, starring premium interior design and comfort that has come to be the standard for Audi. The Q4 45 e- tron SUV and Sportback both feature an elevated level of standard equipment items, including LED headlights, metallic paint, heated front seats with four-way lumbar support, and three-zone climate control, making the cabin of the rear-wheel drive variant a haven of comfort.
In addition to these inclusions, the Q4 55 e-tron quattro variants boast S line exterior styling, progressive steering, Matrix LED headlights with four digital light signatures, front Sport seats, Audi virtual cockpit plus with multiple displays, and colour ambient interior lighting, elevating the level of appointment for customers of the all-wheel drive variant.
Both variants feature Audi virtual cockpit, a digital instrument cluster that provides crucial driving information and customisable views for a superior driving experience for those behind the wheel. Complimenting this is the MMI navigation and an intuitive infotainment system on the 10.1-inch touchscreen, ensuring seamless connectivity and a range of services. The cabin is adorned with premium materials and luxurious finishes, creating an inviting and sophisticated environment for passengers.
Additionally, the spacious design of the Q4 e-tron offers ample legroom and versatile cargo space, making it ideal for both daily commutes and longer journeys. With 520 litres of boot space in the SUV and 535 litres in the Sportback, there is room aplenty in the two body styles, complete with underfloor storage for charging cables and several storage solutions for the cabin. Technologically convenient: safety and driver assistance
The Audi Q4 e-tron is be equipped with a plethora of driver assistance systems, ensuring maximum safety and convenience for passengers. Key systems included as standard range from attention assist, Audi pre-sense front with AEB, and pre-sense rear, with preventative protection measures including tensioning of the front seatbelts and closing of windows and sunroof in the event of rear collision detection. Additional assistance systems such as adaptive cruise control, Audi active lane assist, 360 degree cameras and park assist plus are all included as standard on the more highly-appointed Q4 55 e-tron’s, however, can be optioned for the Q4 45 e-tron to boost driving confidence and improve passenger protection even further.
Drivers can also enjoy seamless connectivity with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and all variants also come with Audi phone box light for wireless charging functionality, a convenience key, and an electric rear tailgate, allowing for great ease in everyday usability. For the first time in Australia, customers can also experience a new augmented reality head-up display, projecting new intuitive directions to the head up display within the drivers eyeline which can be optioned to the all-wheel drive variants.

The new Audi Q4 45 e-tron, Q4 Sportback 45 e-tron, Q4 55 e-tron quattro, and Q4 Sportback 55 e-tron quattro are due to arrive later in 2024 for customer arrivals, ensuring that Australian customers will benefit from the latest product updates from Model Year 2025.
