THE EAGERLY AWAITED MG ZS EV will be launched in July this year.
The new ZS EV is set to consolidate MG Motor Australia and New Zealand’s position as a leader in the affordable new energy vehicle space.
A comprehensive styling makeover, a completely new interior treatment and a new, more efficient and better-performing powertrain are just some of the exciting new enhancements for Australia’s best-selling electric SUV, which will go on sale from $46,990 drive-away right across Australia.

Two variants available at launch
Customers will be able to choose from two variants, with the new value-led Excite and the more luxurious Essence.
Both variants will feature an all-new, high-specification 51kWh high-voltage battery that provides up to 320km of range, an updated electric motor and enhanced battery management electronics.
Both will also feature a 7-inch Virtual Cluster dash, a brand new floating 10.1-inch infotainment screen and even more practical touches.
The exterior redesign is clean, stylish and modern, punctuated by 21-module LED auto-dimming headlights and nine-module LED taillights, milled 17-inch alloy rims and a unique grille-less front visage that conceals an updated Type 2 charging port.
MG Pilot will provide the new ZS EV with a complete set of active driver safety aids, including Intelligent High Beam Control, Autonomous Emergency Braking, Adaptive Cruise Control, Emergency Lane Keeping, Speed Assistance System and more.

The new ZS EV will be backed by a national network MG Motor dealers and will be covered by MG’s 7-year/unlimited-kilometre warranty, which also includes the high-voltage battery.
MG’s new award-winning ChargeHub wallbox, meanwhile, is the perfect accompaniment to the new ZS EV, enabling faster charging times for all EVs regardless of brand. Its Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP) also guarantees a seamless charging experience for all users now and into the future.
